Help Us Fulfill 500 Holiday Wishes
MDLAYAFS Inc. invites qualified community organizations to participate in our 2026 Holiday Wish Letter Program. Participating organizations may organize a wish-letter activity, help their participants complete their letters, and electronically submit the completed letters to MDLAYAFS Inc. for matching with volunteer Wish Granters.

How the Program Works
A simple five-step process that keeps your participants' information private and protected throughout.
Register Your Organization
Tell us whether your organization plans to submit 20, 30, 50, 100, or more wish letters. We will confirm your participation and send next steps.
Receive the Wish-Letter Template
MDLAYAFS Inc. will provide a printable or electronic letter template for your staff to use with participants.
Host a Wish-Letter Activity
Staff members may help children, teenagers, young adults, adults with medical conditions, families, or seniors write their holiday wishes.
Submit the Completed Letters
Your organization will submit the completed letters to MDLAYAFS Inc. using the private submission instructions provided after approval.
Distribute the Gifts
MDLAYAFS Inc. will match letters with approved Wish Granters and coordinate the return of gifts to your organization for private distribution.
Participant Privacy
Partner organizations should not include home addresses, Social Security numbers, medical records, immigration information, or financial account information in wish letters. Organizations should use each participant's first name and last initial or an assigned identification code. MDLAYAFS Inc. will coordinate all gifts through the referring organization.
Submitting Wish Letters
For participant privacy, completed wish letters cannot be submitted through this public webpage. After an organization registers and is approved, an MDLAYAFS Inc. representative will provide private submission instructions, the official wish-letter template, confidential tracking codes, and the submission deadline.

Become a Wish Granter
Individuals, businesses, banks, and community groups can fulfill one or more holiday wish letters. Gifts should be new and unused, generally valued at up to $50 per wish, and returned to MDLAYAFS Inc. or the assigned community partner by December 4, 2026.
You may choose to fulfill 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, or more wishes. Every gift makes a real difference for a child, teenager, adult, senior, or family in our community.
