Every year, MDLAYAFS Inc. fulfills holiday wishes for children, teenagers, adults, seniors, and families across Brooklyn, Far Rockaway, and Staten Island. Become a Wish Granter and help us bring joy and dignity to 500 participating children, teenagers, adults, seniors, and families this holiday season.

Bring your coworkers, friends, or community team together to help us fulfill 400 holiday wishes. Sponsor a wish, help prepare gifts, or share our invitation to spread the joy.
How It Works
Granting a wish is simple, meaningful, and deeply appreciated by the people we serve.
Register Below
Complete the Wish Granter registration form. Tell us how many wishes you'd like to grant and which age groups you'd like to support.
Purchase a New, Unused Gift
Purchase a new, unused gift valued at approximately $50. Gifts should not be gift-wrapped, but they must be placed inside secure shipping or delivery packaging.
Deliver or Drop Off
Drop off your gift at a designated MDLAYAFS collection site or arrange delivery. We'll confirm details after you register.
Gift Guidelines
To ensure every participant receives something meaningful and appropriate, please follow these guidelines when selecting your gift.
- Gifts must be new and unused — no previously opened or used items.
- Target value: approximately $50 per gift.
- Do not gift-wrap. Place gifts inside secure shipping or delivery packaging.
- Suggested items: toys, games, books, pajamas, clothing, hygiene kits, gift cards, household essentials, or age-appropriate activity sets.
- Avoid items with small parts for gifts intended for young children.
- Monetary donations and gift cards are also welcome and greatly appreciated.
